Jonathan Bach was born and raised in Westfield, Indiana. Jonathan came to Evansville in 2006 to start his collegiate career at his mother's alma mater, the University of Evansville. Jon graduated cum laude in May 2010 with a BS in Computer Science and minors in Information Technology and Mathematics.

In Jonathan's final year at the University of Evansville he created the Weekly Work Scheduler for his senior project. The Weekly Work Scheduler used an intelligent backtracking algorithm to create a viable work schedule for the bowling alley he worked for from high school. The algorithm took into consideration employees' availability, their roles within the bowling alley, monitored employees total hours worked a week and tried to minimize the company's costs based on employee pay rates.

Jon joined the Ciholas team in May 2010 as a Software Engineer immediately after graduating. Jon enjoys bowling, playing games and watching movies in his spare time.
